Best Reiki in Rochester, New York: Top 3 Practitioners

This page lists three Rochester Reiki options whose own websites gave an address and phone number when we read them in October 2026: WHOLE Wellness Therapy Services on East Avenue and in Pittsford, which lists Reiki and yoga among its therapy services; Healthy Alternatives Wellness Center on Culver Road, which offers vibrational Reiki and sound healing; and Energy of Life on Durham Street, the practice of Reiki Master Joe Lima. “Top 3” means confirmed at the source, not ranked by results, and Reiki has not been shown to treat any health condition. The order is not a ranking.

Reiki and counseling

If you want Reiki and therapy under one roof, WHOLE Wellness lists both, but they are separate services: Reiki is not psychotherapy, and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states that “Reiki hasn’t been clearly shown to be effective for any health-related purpose” (NCCIH). Tell your therapist or psychiatrist if you plan to add Reiki. For older relatives with pain or anxiety, keep their doctor informed. In a crisis, call or text the 988 Lifeline at 988.
