Two practices on this page have Bronx offices, according to their own websites, which we read in October 2026, and both offer spiritual forms of hypnosis rather than goal-focused hypnosis for habits or confidence: NYC Past Life Hypnosis at 910 Grand Concourse, which offers past life and Beyond Quantum Healing sessions, and Inner Space Riverdale at 3264 Johnson Avenue, which offers QHHT sessions. For goal-focused hypnosis, the three options are Manhattan offices, two of which also work by Zoom or phone: the Advanced Hypnosis Center of New York on West 96th Street, whose website has pages for Riverdale, Kingsbridge, Fordham and the Bronx; the NYC Hypnosis Center on West 30th Street; and John Mongiovi, a board certified hypnotist at 1140 Broadway. Bronx offices: spiritual and past life hypnosis

NYC Past Life Hypnosis offers sessions in person at its Bronx office, 910 Grand Concourse, Unit 1H, or remotely by Zoom, and lists remote or in-person sessions at $350. Its methods are Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) and Introspective Hypnosis, aimed at exploring past lives. Call (914) 336-9394.

Inner Space Riverdale, a yoga studio at 3264 Johnson Avenue, Bronx, NY 10463, offers private QHHT sessions with Ben that last four to five hours: an interview, the hypnosis session and a conversation with what the method calls your Higher Self. The studio says what comes up “is not a diagnosis or a prediction” and records each session for you. Call or text (646) 330-8143.

Advanced Hypnosis Center of New York

The Advanced Hypnosis Center of New York is the Upper West Side practice of Jeffrey Rose and a team of hypnotists, and of the three it is the only one whose site has pages for Bronx neighborhoods. Its contact form offers sessions in person, by Zoom, by phone or by FaceTime, which helps if the trip to West 96th Street is the obstacle. NYC Hypnosis Center

The NYC Hypnosis Center is Eli Bliliuos’s practice at 241 West 30th Street. His site lists board certification from the IACHT and certifications from the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, more than 20 years in practice, pay-as-you-go sessions without a large package, and in-person sessions in Manhattan as well as online sessions by Zoom. John Mongiovi

John Mongiovi is a board certified hypnotist and certified instructor at 1140 Broadway, Suite 204. His site lists the Hypnotist Committee of the State of Indiana Medical Licensing Board under his board certification and says he works with unwanted habits, fears and anxieties and with performance in business, athletics and the arts. Choosing between a Manhattan trip and a remote session

A remote session saves the commute; ask each practice which format suits your goal before you book. If your reason for hypnosis is a diagnosed condition, such as an anxiety disorder, depression or trauma symptoms, look instead for a licensed clinician, who may also practice in the Bronx; hypnosis is not on the list of professions New York’s Office of the Professions licenses (professions index), while psychologists, social workers and mental health counselors are, and you can check any of them on the state’s license verification search. What does a hypnotist cost?

None of the three posts a session price on its home page; the NYC Hypnosis Center says it charges per session rather than requiring a package. Ask about fees when you call.
